Pilates

Pilates is an exercise system focused primarily on strengthening the center of the body, eliminating muscle imbalances and improving flexibility.

Smooth movements and work with the breath are an important part of the exercises.

Regular exercise strengthens the deep back, abdominal and pelvic floor muscles and subsequently improves posture. Pilates is suitable for men, women, athletes, dancers.

The lesson is suitable for beginners and advanced.
